Do you accept commissions?

​

I don't accept commissions on wigs or clothing I'm afraid, for those it'll just be stock items for sale in my shop. I am however happy for suggestions for future items so please feel free to send me a message and I can look at making something similar in the future :)

Will this item fit my doll?

​

I have a number of dolls and generally work to their specific size, particularly with clothing. 

I like clothes that fit well to the dolls shape so I wouldn't like to say an item of clothing will fit other dolls unless I actually have the doll and can try it on. I'd hate to say yes, then have you be disappointed if it doesn't. 

I will write which doll each item of clothing is modelled on so you can check online for the measurements and compare to your doll and see if it will.

Do you not use Etsy anymore?

 

I've used Etsy for a number of years to sell wigs, clothes and alpaca fibre. Whilst I love using etsy, their fees have increased alot over the years and I don't want to be forced to increase my prices because of it. I would like to eventually sell via this website only however I think I will look to keep a few items on etsy for a while during the transition. I'm still pondering it though :)

Where are you located and do you ship internationally?

​

I'm located in the UK.

I am happy to ship worldwide and to combine postage

​

Why are your shipping prices so expensive?

​

Uk shipping sadly is very expensive however my prices are an estimate only and I will refund overpaid postage once I've shipped the item :) I found it difficult to accurately set shipping costs taking into account weight limitations and also insurance cover. I plan to send everything out via a service that covers the value of the package incase of loss or damage but at the cheapest shipping cost.

How long do you take to ship out?

​

Usually I would say 3-5 business days to ship instock orders.

Pre-order items will obviously not be shipped until they are ready, please check the item listing for the time estimate

How long does shipping take?

​

The services I use state 1-2 weeks international, and from experience this is usually the case however there have been a few instances where it's been up to 1 month for international orders most likely due to customs. 

​

Can you mark my parcel as Gift?

​

Please leave a note during the checkout process with any special requirements relating to your order.

What do I do in the case of lost/damaged post?

​

Please get in touch with me. I try to keep postal costs down, so anything up to £20 value gets sent standard delivery without tracking. (UK shipping is sadly very expensive)
It is insured though so I can make a claim. 

Higher order values are sent via a tracked and signed service.

Postal services require a certain amount of time to pass before claims can be made, but if your item has passed this required length of time, I will refund you fully and then make a claim ^-^

Pre-owned dolls will generally be sent via Courier due to size and cost, and I will discuss this with potential buyers via emails.
